While civilizations have practiced different methods of oral hygiene, the sunnah has significantly elevated its importance. In this email, we’ll explore just the physical benefits of using a miswak.
Scientific Marvels of Miswak:
Fights Plaque: Miswak contains antibacterial chemicals like sulfur and alkaloids that stop bad bacteria. This reduces plaque more than routine toothbrushing.
Prevents Decay: Miswak's antibacterial properties prevent acid production by plaque bacteria. Its also helps prevent cavities.
Reduces Gingivitis: The phytochemicals in miswak have anti-inflammatory effects that heal gingivitis and other illnesses in the mouth.
